Wow, where do i start? The staff at hotel globo were amazin, seriously! They made our honeymoon so special with personalized tips and champagne on arrival. The room was super comfy with a nice big bed, and breakfast was delish with a nice blend of local flavors. The location was perfect for exploring the city, just a short walk from everything. Everyone was friendly and helpful-it seemed like home!
Only downsides were that the shower doors clunk against the sink and the air conditioning could've been better. Great stay tho!

The staff was helpful in arranging a car parking.also, the staff wa helpful in telling me that the Internet reception was bad in the room.
The hotel is not a four star hotel. From the look to the quality of food included in breakfast buffet, it is a dis appointment. The staff were not ready to help me regarding the airport to hotel van because I had done the pre-pay. This is what they told me that since I had booked by a pre pay plan, they can not charge me extra and therefore were not going to help in anyway. They did not realize that by pre pay I was giving them a business. The buffet breakfast was very poor quality- one loaf of bread, two boiled eggs at a time, a machine made coffee, and really not much variety in the buffet. I felt bad at my selection of the hotel.

No complains at all, fine stay for two nights. Appropriate, generous-sized room with large comfy bed, fresh towels, as for instance!

Recommend it for families
The crew at the reception was super helpful, taking care of every little detail. The breakfast spread was something else, with local cheeses and fresh orange juice, made mornings perfect.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but still fair for what you get.

Excellent and lovely friendly staff, everything immaculately clean.
Well priced hotel with terrific service and stunning location adjacent to the main sights such as Diocletian Palace, Riva and the ferry port, a supermarket, and the restaurant, kitchen and those who clean the rooms...

Its location-15 minutes walk from the city, yet in a quiet area.
My wife and I were initially placed in a small dark room with only 1 small window glazed with frosted glass. We were given quite a good room after complaining. Breakfasts were below the standard of a 4* hotel.

Had a great stay at Globo! Super clean rooms with high ceilings and friendly staff who provided helpful local tips. Breakfast had a good variety, though the dining area got a bit crowded. A solid choice for exploring Split!

Every receptionist seemed not to want to be kind at all toward guests. After struggling for 10 minutes with the safe in the roomto open it,I asked for the key of the safe, so she gave me one small key. But it was a wrong key, so I could not open it. She said the hotel is always change the key. I don't know which is it. This hotel is very safe, so on.

Breakfast area has enough options to fill you up before a busy day exploring. Quick walk to the city center makes it easy to dive into local life.
Shower pressure fluctuates and can unexpectedly switch between hot and cold. Rooms near meal areas can get noisy, not ideal for those who like to sleep in. A lingering odor of cigarettes was noticeable in one of the rooms.

The reception staff were fabulous and the rooms good size and very clean.
Not as close to the Palace as I had read. A good 10-15 min walk. Not so good a location as expected but overall the experience was good.

The hotel was chosen because of it's Booked.net reputation and we were very much able to say that every word was accurate we enjoyed the hotel facilities even though we should take the car to town or taxi as the bus was horrible
